In a mortar prepare a crushed with the garlic
and the anchovies; add the rosemary and the vinegar and leave in
infusion. Put on the fire a saucepan with the oil and make to burnish
the abbacchio cut in pieces, season with salt and pepper, pour the
crushed with the vinegar. Cook to low fire and often mixing. Before
removing from the fire dusted on the abbacchio a flour pinch and mix. |
