Croquettes of chicken

  Ingredients for 6 people: Prepare a bechamel with 40 gs. of flour, 40 gs. of butter and 1/4 ls. of milk. Mince the chicken with the ham, the parsley and the clove of garlic. Season with the salt and mix with an egg, the grated parmesan cheese and the bechamel. Split the mix in a dozen of croquettes and pass these in the flour. Then pass in the beaten egg before, and in the bread crumb after and fry in abundant hot oil.  
1/2 kg. of boiled chicken
  100 g. of cooked ham  
50 g. of parmesan cheese
3 eggs
flour
bread crumb
1 clove of garlic
parsley
  oil and salt
