Ingredients for 6 people: |
In
a pan with oil, salt and pepper put the chopped streaky bacon, the finely
sliced onion, half glass of tomato sauce. Add the peeled broad beens to
this mixture, cover with water and leave to simmer on allow flame. When
the beans are tender, add some more water if the liquid has got too dense
and pour in the pasta. Leave to cool and serve with lots of pepper and
roman pecorino cheese |
