Pasta and potatoes

  Ingredients for 6 people: Prepare a mixture with one tablespoon of oil, 1 slice of streaky bacon cut into pieces, 1sliced onion, a few sprigs of parsley chopped and then slowly fry these ingredients together without browning them too much. Add the stock and 4 or 5 potatoes cut into pieces, salt and pepper. Cook the potatoes and just before they are tender, add the pasta and season with a good handful of grated roman pecorino cheese  
300 g. of small pasta
  4 or 5 potatoes  
1,5 lt. of stock
1 slice of streaky bacon
roman pecorino cheese
1 onion
parsley
pepper
  oil  
salt
