Macaroni with ricotta cheese

  Ingredients for 6 people: While the macaroni are being boiled in lots of salted water, mash the ricotta cheese together eggyolks, a few tablespoons of water obtained from the pasta and a pinch of cinnamon powder if you like the aroma. Blend well, drain the pasta which should be chewy but not too soft and mix straightaway with the cheese so that it doesn't get too cold  
600 gms. of macaroni
  400 gms. of ricotta cheese  
2 eggyolks
cinnamon
salt
