Spaghetti with pecorino cheese and pepper

Ingredients for 6 people:		Boil the spaghetti until they are chewy, drain but leave then a little moist. Mix with some oil, lots of grated roman pecorino cheese and a generouse sprinkling of freshly ground pepper
