Jaccoli (Guitar macaroni pasta with sheep pulp sauce)

  Ingredients for 6 people: Roast the pulp of sheep to pieces with rosemary, garlic, oil and salt. When it will be roasted unite white wine, tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Cover the saucepan and cooking slow. Boilings the macaroni pasta, season them with the gravy and serve with pecorino cheese  
600 gms. of guitar macaroni pasta
  500 gms. of sheep (thigh or shoulder)  
500 gms. of tomatoes
dry white wine
pecorino cheese
rosemary
garlic
cayenne pepper
  oil  
salt
