Puntarelle in anchovy sauce

  Ingredients for 4 people: The puntarelle are seasoned with a sauce of thornless anchovies  and minced garlic, crushed in a mortar with oil and vinegar and macerated in a deck cup for about one hour before using  
400 g. of puntarelle
  100 g. of thornless anchovies  
2 cloves of garlic
  oil  
salt
vinegar
